During all phases of a listing from the initial paperwork and promotion through the very last details of the closing, I personally attend to all of the details. As a result, the large majority of our transactions come through referrals and repeat business.

I desire to earn your trust and confidence in me. To do this I will meet with you and discuss your needs in an Agent, What your goals are in the sale of your home. I am very responsive and you can count on me to answer your calls or texts quickly, I pay for all marketing, photos, staging if needed. I will also hold open houses if you desire them. I am very hands on and I will be who you speak to throughout the transaction. I have a wonderful Transaction Coordinator that keeps us informed when things are due and tracks paperwork for me so that my focus remains on you and the sale of your home.
